Account Executive: Institutional Partnerships

To help us pursue this mission, we are looking for an Account Executive to focus on Institutional Partnerships. In this role, your primary job responsibility is to generate net new business from Higher Education Medical Institutions who are not currently partnering with OnlineMedEd. Core requirements of this role include lead sourcing, presenting, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities. Our team is a dynamic and growing market-leading sales force selling directly to the Deans, Faculty and other medical school administrators throughout a designated territory.

What You'll Do
Develop an annual business plan, provide quarterly updates, monthly revenue forecast, sales pipeline dynamics, and opportunity progression within the pipeline
Manage territory to obtain annual revenue objectives
Conduct sales calls in a consultative manner while articulating the benefits and features of the OnlineMedEd solution to current prospective partners
Maintain thorough documentation of sales activity and document information obtained during sales calls and presentations into HubSpot (CRM)
Provide timely and accurate forecasting to sales leadership
Establish effective working relationships with co-workers, clients, and other job contacts
Act as a thought leader, continuously learning the higher education medical industry
Represent OnlineMedEd at Regional and National Conferences to exhibit/present as needed
Qualifications You'll Need
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
3-6 years renewal/new business or solution-selling in a competitive market
2+ years at or above quota performance
Experience with a complex sales cycle
Experience in working with the higher education industry is preferred
Experience with SaaS Enterprise Selling is preferred
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to thrive in an independent setting and as a member of a team as needed

Competitive compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary per year DOE, plus commission and bonus opportunities
